Waheba Issa Dais
Waheba Issa Dais was a Wisconsin-based Islamist extremist who hacked into Facebook accounts in 2018 to encourage people to join ISIS and build bombs and biological weapons, including detailed instructions for creating the poison ricin. In August 2020, she was sentenced to 90 months in prison following her conviction on one count of attempting to provide material support to a foreign terrorist organization.
