Save the children is a hashtag that began as a legitimate campaign to raise funds for an anti-human trafficking organization until it was hijacked by QAnon followers in 2020. QAnon followers have used the phrase at rallies and online, calling for people to save children from a shadowy cabal of pedophiles that they beileve is kidnapping and murdering kids.
