Hezbollah
Hezbollah is an extremist Islamist group and Lebanese political party founded in 1982. Hezbollah has some factions dedicated to attacking Israel and the official Lebanese government, while other personnel function as a quasi-government and official political party in Lebanon. As Lebanese governance has degraded, Hezbollah has taken on increasing power while maintaining its violent and antisemitic rhetoric. Hezbollah agents have been responsible for multiple attacks in Europe, have been arrested plotting attacks in the U.S., and have even been caught trying to enter the U.S. illegally through the southern border.
