Baqiya wa Tatamadad
"Baqiya wa Tatamadad" is an Arabic phrase meaning "remaining and expanding," which became the slogan of the Islamic State after the collapse of the territorial caliphate. ISIS supporters will often add the phrase as a hashtag or just include it in their messages to indicate their belief that the caliphate continues to exist and will rise again.
