Al Hayat Media

Al Hayat Media Center is an ISIS media branch which specifically targets a Western audience. Established in 2014, it releases English-language or English-subtitled propaganda videos. It has also issued releases in French, German and Russian. Most of its content encourages attacks in the West, praises past attackers or instructs radicalized individuals to travel to ISIS-controlled territories.
