United Nations of Turtle Island (UNOTI)

United Nations of Turtle Island (UNOTI) is a fictitious tribe created by sovereign citizen adherents trying to escape government jurisdiction. UNOTI is based primarily in east Tennessee, western North Carolina and northern Georgia, though it has "members" in other states. It has been creating illegitimate license plates, driver's licenses and other documents since 2003.
