"Trust the Plan" references a QAnon conspiracy theory claiming a plan is in place to defeat the Deep State and the Cabal. Everything that happens is all part of that plan. Q asks followers to blindly trust that things are happening behind the scenes, and that everything will work out as long as they trust President Trump and the plan.
