Traveling not driving

"Traveling, not driving" is a false argument promoted by the anti-government sovereign citizen movement. They argue that only commercial drivers, not people involved in private activity, have to have drivers licenses, license plates, registration or insurance. Sovereigns argue that the constitution enshrines the right "to travel" and that these documents infringe upon that right.
