Thomas Stockheimer

Thomas Stockheimer was an anti-government extremist and prominent Posse Comitatus leader in Wisconsin in the 1970s and 80s. He was also involved in an assault on an IRS agent in the 1970s as part of the tax protest movement. In 1997, Stockheimer and several associates were convicted on fraud charges related to the passing of fictitious financial instruments as part of a sovereign citizen group called Family Farm Preservation.
