The skinhead subculture includes both racists and non-racists (see SHARP entry). They share many common elements, such as head shaving, clothing, tattoos and symbols, rituals and music. However - racist skinheads have come to compose one of the major segments of the white supremacist movement in the United States, adopting white supremacist and neo-Nazi beliefs and trappings.
