The Last Rhodesian

The Last Rhodesian is the name of the online manifesto written by white supremacist mass murderer Dylann Roof. In the manifesto, Roof cites the white supremacist group Council of Conservative Citizens as having a key role in radicalizing him to white supremacy. Roof posted the manifesto shortly before killing nine African American parishioners at the Mother Emanuel AME Church in Charleston, South Carolina in June 2015.
