HAARP

HAARP (short for High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) was a controversial Alaska-based U.S. Air Force research facility that studied Earth's upper atmosphere. Conspiracy theorists claim that HAARP can be used to manipulate the weather, suggesting that it has been used to create various natural disasters, such as hurricanes and earthquakes.
