Brenton Tarrant

Brenton Tarrant is an Australian white supremacist who killed 51 people in attacks on two mosques in Christchurch, New Zealand in 2019. Tarrant, who was largely motivated by the "Great Replacement Theory," believing that whites are experiencing "genocide" due to changing demographics and increased migration of non-whites to majority-European countries, has inspired extremists in the United States and elsewhere to commit violent attacks.
