Billy Roper

Billy Roper is a long-time leader in the white supremacist movement. He currently leads the Shield Wall Network, a tiny Arkansas-based neo-Nazi group. Roper got his start with William Pierce and the National Alliance. After Pierce's death in 2002, Roper left the National Alliance and formed White Revolution, which he shut down in 2011.
