13/90

13/90 is a numeric code phrase used by white supremacists as a shorthand reference to a common racist claim about alleged Black violence. The number 13 refers to the purported percentage of the U.S. population that is Black. The number 90 is a fabricated "percentage" of violent crimes committed by Black people.
